First day:

The third day:

- Vegetable dish with minced meat.  A piece of Toast Diet.- 3 tablespoons of rice.Snack after lunch three hours:- A glass of warm water.

The fourth day:

- 3 cups warm water.
Snack after hour:Three tablespoons of lemon and spices.
the lunch:

- 2 cups warm water.
Snack after hour:- Soup bowl of fish.- Dish salad.- Three small grilled fish.- Three tablespoons of rice.

 
the dinner:- A glass of warm water.- A cup of yogurt.- 2 medium sized fruit.

 
The fifth day:
the breakfast:

- 3 cups warm water.
- A piece of skimmed cheese.  A piece of Toast Diet.- A cup of milk tea without sugar.
 
the lunch:
- 3 cups warm water.
- Soup of meat soup- 3 pieces of small grilled meat.

 
the dinner:
- 2 cups warm water.
- 1 boiled egg.- Toast Diet or cup of milk without fat.

 
The sixth day:

- 4 cups warm water.- A cup of natural fruit juice or a cup of milk tea.- 3 tablespoons of lemon and spices.  A piece of Toast Diet. 

the lunch:
- 4 cups warm water.
- Dish salad.- Four pieces of grilled liver.  A piece of Toast Diet. 


the dinner:

- Cheese free of fat.  A piece of Toast Diet.
The seventh day:

- 3 cups warm water.
- A piece of cheese.

- Three cups of warm water.
 
- Three grilled fish.
 
- Three tablespoons of rice.

- Toast Diet.
the dinner:

 
- Three cups of warm water.
 
- medium size orange.
 
- A cup of skimmed yogurt.

 
Day 8:

- Four cups of warm water.
Snack after hour:Three tablespoons of lemon and spices.- Toast Diet.
the lunch:

- Four cups of warm water.
- Soup of meat soup.- Three pieces of grilled meat.- Dish salad.  A piece of Toast Diet.
the dinner:

- Three cups of warm water.
- A cup of skimmed milk.- Repeat the eighth day for another 3 days and the same amount of water, then continue to eat the same amount of water for another 10 days.- When you reach the desired weight do not stop drinking water .. Because the body needs 10 glasses a day. To maintain weight.
